Whether your a vegetarian, vegan or meat eater, this recipe will surely satisfy your burger craving!
Burger Recipe: Only 187 Calories!!!
1 Cup Lentil Beans (cooked/drained)
3 small beets
2 garlic cloves
1/4 of an onion
1/4 cup of oats (grounded)
2 tbs of olive oil
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
Add all ingredients excluding the sunflower seeds in a food processor and process away. Once processed add the sunflower seeds. Form patties and heat a pan medium high, with either a tablespoon of olive oil or cooking spray. Cook patties until crisp on the outside, about 5 minutes on each side. All done! Top with your favorite bun and fix’ins, (I added low fat feta and roasted peppers) and add your desired veggie side.
